Report Flood-Related Structural Damage

If your property sustained structural damage as a result of the recent flooding, we ask that you REPORT it to the RM of West Interlake Office by completing the Flood Related Damage Form

This includes damage to:
🏠 Homes and buildings
🏚️ Foundations
⬇️ Basements
🔨 Other permanent structures on your property

This is not related to the Disaster Financial Assistance (DFA) program or DFA applications.

Please note: We are collecting information only for structural damage. This information will be forwarded to Property Assessment Services, who will review affected properties for potential assessment adjustments where applicable.

When reporting your damage, please provide:

Property owner name
Property address or legal description
Contact information
A brief description of the structural damage
