Location: Conference Room at the RM of West Interlake Office 38 Main Street, Ashern

Purpose of the Meeting

• Presentation of reports
• Election of Directors (if Annual General Meeting)
• Consideration of resolutions
• Any other business that may properly come before the meeting

Who May Attend

All residents, ratepayers, and business owners of the Rural Municipality of West Interlake are welcome to attend.

Voting Eligibility

Each resident, ratepayer, and business owner is entitled to one vote on each motion.

Notice Requirements

This notice is issued at least 15 days in advance, in accordance with WICDC General By‑Law No. 1, Article 19.
