ASHERN WASTE DISPOSAL GROUNDS

 The Ashern Waste Disposal Grounds is located approximately 6 km North of Ashern on Highway #6. Hours are broken into 2 seasons, Winter and Summer. Winter hours start October 1st and Summer hours start May 1st every year.

Ashern Waste Disposal Grounds also accepts used oil, please see an attendant at the dump.

OAKVIEW WASTE TRANSFER SITE 

The Oakview Waste Transfer Site is located on Sigurdson Road off of Highway 68. Hours are broken into 2 seasons, Winter and Summer. Winter hours start October 1st and Summer hours start May 1st every year.

  TIPPING FEE'S

Effective November 1, 2019 as per By-Law 10-2019 the Ashern Waste Disposal Grounds and Oakview Transfer Site began charging tipping fee's on garbage. 

Residents are required to pre-pay tipping fee's at the Ashern or Eriksdale Municipal offices. Individual loads can be purchased or punch cards.

Punch cards are available in standard size garbage bags (10 bags - $10.00) and 1/2 ton truck or 1 axel utility trailer (10 loads - $150.00). Punch cards do not expire.
